Family Planning NSW has been providing reproductive and sexual health services in New South Wales for over 80 years. Family Planning NSW is an independent, not-for-profit organisation responsible to a voluntary board of directors.

NSW Government Health Care Complaints Commission

The Health Care Complaints Commission acts to protect public health and safety by dealing with complaints about health service providers in NSW. The Commission is an independent body that was established under the Health Care Complaints Act 1993.

WEL was formed in 1972 and continues to work to improve women's access to decision-making bodies in order to give women input into those things that affect their lives.

 

Women's Health NSW

Women's Health NSW is an association of statewide women's health centres and specialist women's centres. All centres are non-government, community based feminist services that provide choices for women to determine their individual health needs.

 

Women's Legal Services NSW

Women's Legal Services NSW is a community legal centre providing women with a range of free community legal services, including legal advice and information, education, traioning and resources across metropolitan and regional areas of NSW.

Campaign for Women’s Reproductive Rights is a group in Victoria Australia that seeks to preserve and extend the rights of women to exercise choice in their reproduction.

 

Children By Choice (QLD)

A Queensland based all options pregnancy counselling and information service. Children By Choice also undertakes reproductive rights campaigning and offers good herstorical information for researchers and students.

 

Pro-Choice Action Collective (QLD)

The Queensland based PCAC is committed to defending women's right to free, safe, legal, accessible abortion.

 

Radical Women - Melbourne (VIC)

Radical Women is a socialist feminist, grassroots activist organization providing a radical voice within the feminist movement and a feminist voice within the Left. Radical Women train women to be leaders in the movements for social and economic justice.

The Australasian Chapter of Sexual Health Medicine (AChSHM) is a Chapter of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) Adult Internal Medicine Division that connects and represents ​Sexual ​​Health ​​Medicine Fellows and trainees in Australia and New Zealand.

 

Australasian Sexual Health and HIV Nurses Association

The national, not-for-profit peak professional body for nurses working in the area of sexual and reproductive health and HIV. ASHHNA aims to support and promote high quality programs, services and resources which can benefit ASHHNA, its members and other nurses working in this specialty area.

Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet

The Australian Indigenous HealthInfoNet has, for over 20 years, provided support to those working in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health sector, by making research and other knowledge readily accessible.This contributes to closing the gap in health between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other Australians. 

Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society

The Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society is a centre for social research into sexuality, health and the social dimensions of human relationships. It works to produce research that advances knowledge and promotes positive change in policy, practice and people's lives.

 

Family Planning Alliance Australia

Family Planning Alliance Australia is the national peak body in reproductive and sexual health. It promotes advances in public health through policy insight and advocacy and represents leading health and education agencies across Australia.

 

Indigenous Allied Health  Australia

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health professionals play a vital role in addressing the health and wellbeing of Australia’s First Peoples. In order to close the gap in health outcomes, IAHA encourages more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to consider, pursue and succeed in allied health careers.

National Foundation for Australian Women

A non-party political, independent feminist organisation working to advance and promote the interests of Australian women, record and make accessible their histories, and ensure their achievements are handed on to future generations.

Reproductive Choice Australia

A coalition of Australian organisations and individuals interested in ensuring that women’s reproductive rights are protected and enhanced.

Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists

RANZCOG trains and accredits doctors throughout Australia and New Zealand in the specialties of obstetrics and gynaecology. The College also supports research into women’s health and advocates for women’s healthcare locally and internationally.
